About the role:
- Lead site inspections and audits to identify and correct hazards, and flag training requirements.
- Support site teams by preparing and reviewing paperwork such as pre‑start SHEQ files, Safe Systems of Work, Risk Assessments, Method Statements, COSHH Assessments, Inductions and Toolbox Talks.
- Assist with incident reporting, investigations and accident trend analysis.
- Aid administration of Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 27001 & 45001).
- Maintain documents for Health & Safety accreditations.
- Monitor subcontractors on‑site.
- Attend SHEQ and site meetings.
- Adhere to the Integrated Management System (IMS) and policies.
- Perform other tasks as required.

Your knowledge, experience & skills:
- Relevant NVQ H&S qualification (e.g., NEBOSH Construction Certificate).
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role and construction environment.
- Experience with ISO auditing & accreditation.
- Full driving licence.
- Excellent communication skills and strong construction‑based knowledge.
