Gecko Travel Recruitment are working with a specialist Tour Operator who are recruiting an Operations Executive. This is a full-time opportunity to join a passionate, close-knit team delivering unforgettable tours to worldwide destinations.
The Role: You'll support the sales team in delivering both group and tailor-made tours, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional client service. From post-sales care to supplier liaison and back-office support, you'll help maintain our reputation as one of the UK's leading sports tour operators.
You’ll Have:
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Tailor-made travel experience (ideally long-haul)
- Confident communication and a friendly telephone manner
- Experience working with suppliers and compiling travel packages
- Excellent written English and CRM/database skills
- Passion or keen interest in sports
- Knowledge of destinations like Australia, India, Caribbean and South Africa
- Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word
