Gecko Travel Recruitment are working with an Educational Travel Company who are recruiting a Senior Travel Operations Co-ordinator to join their team.
The Role:
As Senior Travel Operations Co-ordinator, you will work alongside your colleagues and clients to deliver exceptional events and a fantastic customer journey. You will help with the planning all operational details of events, including booking venues, confirming accommodation and transport arrangements, and coordinating logistics for multiple groups. You'll also take a hands-on role during events, leading resort teams, managing timings, travel logistics, and solving problems on the ground.
You Will Have:
- Proven travel operations experience ideally dealing with group travel
- Experience supporting junior team members and leading a team
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work at pace
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Additional Info:
- Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week, with flexible working hours (08:00 - 16:00, 08:30 - 16:30, 09:00 - 17:00, 09:30 - 17:30)
- Hybrid working model with the opportunity to work one day a week from home
