Gecko Travel Recruitment are working with a leading luxury ski travel specialist who are recruiting a Ski Sales Specialist to join their team.

The Role: As Ski Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing client enquiries from initial contact through to booking confirmation. You will be delivering tailored ski holiday recommendations, and ensuring an exceptional level of service throughout the customer journey. This is a fast-paced, client-facing sales role combining luxury travel expertise with strong commercial focus and conversion targets.

You Will Have:

  • Strong ski experience (ideally including at least one season working in resort)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • A proactive, organised and detail-focused approach
  • Strong commercial awareness with a desire to achieve targets
  • Confidence managing multiple enquiries in a fast-paced environment
  • Good IT and administration skills
  • Previous sales experience is beneficial but not essential
