We are excited to be working with this London based travel business who are seeking an ambitious Senior Marketing Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The Senior Marketing Manager will oversee and develop all B2C and B2B marketing channels, collaborating with both internal teams and external partners. You will be effectively leading a team and providing support, development, and coaching to ensure they meet their individual goals and contribute to wider business KPIs.
To be considered for this role, you must have proven experience in a senior marketing position, along with a background in tour operations.
The role:
- Develop and execute comprehensive B2B and B2C marketing strategies
- Management of on and offline marketing channels
- Leading, mentoring and supporting a small team of Marketing Executives
- Managing relationships with external marketing agencies
- A good understanding of PPC and SEO marketing
- Maintain and enhance website functionality, design, and user experience
- Management of partnerships marketing activity
- Working closely with senior management on the sales analysis and marketing activity
You will have:
- Previous experience of working at a senior marketing level
- Tour operating background
- Management experience
- A good understanding of B2B and B2C marketing activity
- Strong communication skills
