Gecko Travel Recruitment are exclusively working with a leading educational travel company, known for creating meaningful and memorable school trips. They are looking for a Regional Account Executive to cover Hertfordshire and Essex and grow their presence within the region. The Role: As Regional Account Executive, you\’ll be responsible for building strong relationships with schools in your region, combining proactive sales and personalised account management. This is a field-based, term-time-only role, focused on understanding each school\’s unique needs and providing tailored travel solutions that support their educational goals. You Will Have: • Proven experience in sales or business development (ideally in travel or education) • A natural ability to connect with people and build rapport quickly • Confident communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone • A self-motivated, target-driven attitude • Ability to manage your time and sales pipeline independently • A passion for travel and education • A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel regionally (and occasionally nationally) Additional Info: • Salary £25,000 plus commission plus performance bonus of up to £6000 per year • Term-time only position with annual leave to be taken in school holidays • Includes 4 uncontracted weeks off in August • Supportive and passionate team environment • Remote, field-based role covering Hertfordshire & Essex • Excellent training and development opportunities If you\’re a people-focused sales professional with a passion for education and travel, we\’d love to hear from you.
