Role Overview
As a Ski Sales Specialist, you will manage client enquiries from initial contact to booking confirmation, delivering tailored ski holiday recommendations and ensuring an exceptional level of service throughout the customer journey.
This fast‑paced, client‑facing sales role combines luxury travel expertise with strong commercial focus and conversion targets.
Responsibilities
- Manage client enquiries from initial contact through to booking confirmation.
- Deliver tailored ski holiday recommendations.
- Ensure an exceptional level of service throughout the customer journey.
- Meet commercial targets and conversion goals.
Qualifications
- Strong ski experience (ideally including at least one season working in a resort).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proactive, organised, and detail‑focused approach.
- Strong commercial awareness with a desire to achieve targets.
- Confidence managing multiple enquiries in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good IT and administration skills.
- Previous sales experience is beneficial but not essential.
