The Role
As Head of Marketing & Growth, you will be responsible for devising and implementing their digital marketing strategy with the end goal for lead generation, improve conversion, and drive measurable commercial results, all while managing a small internal team.
You Will Have
- Be a commercial driven, hands-on Marketing professional
- A proven background in lead generation
- International experience, our client operates from the UK and Australia
- Strong analytical and data driven mindset
- Between 6 and 10 years experience of working in Marketing
- A good knowledge of PPC, Paid social, CRM, Email marketing and Website optimisation and conversion
- Experience of working in the travel industry is essential for this role
- Knowledge of school travel or educational travel would be highly desirable
