Gecko Travel Recruitment are working with a leading schools Tour Operator who are looking to hire a Music/Concert Tours Specialist to join their team. This is a hybrid role based in SW London.

The Role: As Music/Concert Tours Specialist, you will manage enquiries from schools looking to book School Concert Tours, while generating new leads, and build strong client relationships with existing school partners. The role also involves creating inspiring, curriculum-led itineraries, ensuring profitability, and expectations are being met.

You Will Have:

  • 1+ years' experience in educational travel, in sales or as a teacher looking to pivot (Ideally with knowledge of Europe)
  • A music degree would be very handy
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good Customer Service, and people skills
  • Organised, proactive, and resilient approach

Additional Info:

  • Salary £30,000 + commission OTE £35,000
  • Initially 3 days in the office, reducing to 1 day after onboarding
  • Office location SW London
  • Full training provided for someone with limited experience in this field
  • Small business, with a close-knit team
  • Opportunity to travel overseas
