Gecko Travel Recruitment are working with a global luxury travel and lifestyle business who are recruiting an Events Manager to join their growing international team.

The Role:

As Events Manager you will support the delivery of international client experiences, partner initiatives, and brand engagement activities, ensuring projects are executed to a high standard across multiple markets. You will work closely with suppliers, venues and internal teams to coordinate events, manage relationships and support wider commercial and community objectives through creative and well-delivered experiences.

You Will Have:

  • 5+ years' experience within events, luxury hospitality or similar sectors
  • Strong commercial awareness and relationship management skills
  • Excellent organisational, project and event management abilities
  • Experience managing senior stakeholders, VIP guests and premium client experiences
  • Ability to think strategically whilst remaining hands-on
  • A proactive, adaptable and calm approach under pressure
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required
  • Experience within luxury travel, hospitality or lifestyle brands (preferred)
  • Partnership, sponsorship or brand activation experience would be advantageous

  • Hybrid role based in West Kent
  • Full-time position with 2-3 office days per week
