Gecko Travel Recruitment are delighted to be working with a wonderful luxury travel company who specialise in bespoke and experiential travel experiences. They are looking for an experienced Scandinavia and Nordic Travel Consultant to join their growing team.
The Role:
As Luxury Travel Consultant, you will use your extensive destination knowledge and personal insight to design and sell exceptional tailor-made itineraries across Scandinavia and the Nordic region. Working with high-value clients, you will manage enquiries from initial contact through to after-sales, delivering a highly personalised service and creating unforgettable luxury travel experiences.
You Will Have:
- Previous experience working in a sales role within luxury, experiential or tailor-made travel
- Strong destination knowledge of Scandinavia and the Nordic region, gained through living, working, travelling or selling the destination
- Proven experience designing and selling tailor-made itineraries
- A strong sales track record with the ability to convert enquiries and exceed targets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to build trust and loyalty with clients
- GDS experience, ideally Amadeus
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- A calm, flexible and proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A genuine passion and enthusiasm for travel
Additional Info:
- Competitive salary
- Office-based, hybrid or fully remote working available for the right candidate
- Generous annual leave entitlement
- Working hours between 830am and 7pm on a shift pattern. Monday to Friday with one Saturday per month
