Gecko Travel Recruitment are working with a leading travel company who are recruiting a Sales Coordinator to join their team.
The Role:
As Sales Coordinator, you will support and coordinate a small team of Sales Consultants while driving your own sales performance, managing customer enquiries, maintaining a strong sales pipeline, and ensuring high levels of customer service and conversion. A passion for ski or winter sports is essential to be considered for this role.
You Will Have:
- Proven experience in a target-driven sales environment (inbound and outbound)
- Passion for ski/winter sports (essential)
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communication skills with the ability to support and motivate others
- Commercial awareness and results-driven mindset
- Ability to manage workload and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Competence with Microsoft Excel, Word, and CRM systems
- A proactive approach with strong problem-solving ability
Additional Info:
- £29,000 basic salary plus bonus (OTE £34,000)
- Hybrid working model - minimum 2 days in the office ideally on a Tuesday and Wednesday
- Training period will be fully office based
- Weekend work required
- Shifts will be on a rota basis between 0900 and 1830.
