Gecko Travel Recruitment are working with a multi-award-winning travel business who are recruiting a Marketing Manager to join their team.

The Role

In this Marketing Manager role, you will lead the end-to-end marketing function, shaping the strategic direction of the brand while driving measurable commercial growth. Reporting to the Director, you will oversee integrated multi-channel campaigns, strengthen market positioning, and enhance customer acquisition and retention through data-driven decision-making. You will manage key partnerships, PR activity, digital performance, and the marketing budget, ensuring all marketing activity is insight-led, optimised, and commercially effective.

You Will Have

  • Proven experience in a marketing management role within the travel industry
  • Hands-on marketing experience across digital and offline channels with a focus on performance and ROI
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, confident representing the business externally
  • Experience leading and developing small teams
  • Strong digital marketing skills and expertise in delivering integrated campaigns
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and make commercially sound decisions
  • Experience or strong understanding of the Latin American tourism sector is desirable but not essential

  • Hybrid working model, requirement to be in the Surrey office on Tuesdays and Thursdays
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm
