Gecko Travel Recruitment are working with an award-winning luxury travel company who are recruiting a People & Culture Executive to join their team on a part time basis.
The Role:
As People & Culture Executive, you will support the Senior People Manager in delivering an excellent employee experience across the business. You will play a key role in supporting recruitment, onboarding, training, wellbeing and employee engagement, while helping to maintain effective People policies, procedures and systems. This is a varied and people-focused role suited to someone who is organised, proactive and passionate about workplace culture and employee development.
You Will Have:
- A genuine interest in people, workplace culture and employee wellbeing
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A discreet and professional approach with the ability to handle confidential information
- Emotional intelligence, sound judgement and a calm, thoughtful manner
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop within People & Culture
- Previous HR or People administration experience is beneficial but not essential
Additional Info:
- Salary £27,000-£32,000 FTE (depending on experience)
- Part-time role, 24 hours per week
- Hybrid working based in Surrey
- Flexible working pattern across three full days or shorter hours across more days
