Gecko Travel Recruitment are thrilled to be working with this award-winning cruise company based in London who are looking for a Guest Services Executive to join their team on a permanent basis.
The Role: As Guest Services Executive, you will be responsible for handling all pre and post cruise inquiries and correspondence from guests via telephone, email, or letter. You will have previous experience working within a Customer Services environment and a proven track record in exceeding guest expectations. Minimum 12 months experience working in a Guest Service role within the travel industry is essential to be considered for this role.
You Will Have:
- Ensuring a high standard of guest service and communication is consistently delivered
- Handling enquiries via telephone, letters and email
- Demonstrating a sense of urgency and prioritising correspondence as required
- Ensuring all information provided is completely accurate and fully addresses the guest's questions during every interaction
- Investigating and resolving all complaints promptly and fairly, following company processes and industry guidelines, to achieve the best possible outcome for both the guest and the business
Additional Info:
- Salary circa £26,500 plus commission and incentives
- Hybrid working model after initial training period of approximately 2 months
- Flexibility to work shift patterns between the hours of 08:00am and 8.00pm 5 days out of 7 on a rotational basis including weekends
- Weekends can be worked from home
