Gecko Travel Recruitment is working with a rapidly expanding cruise operator that is looking for a Product Delivery Manager to join its team.
The Role
As Product Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the full guest experience onboard the company's cruise ship(s). You will ensure that onboard experiences meet guest expectations and that the product offering remains consistent across the business. You will continually gather customer feedback through onboard engagement, CSQs, and analysis of the commercial impact and revenue streams associated with the products and services offered.
You Will Have
- A minimum of 3 years' experience working onboard a cruise ship
- Guest Relations or Management background
- Strong organisational skills
- The ability to identify, manage, and resolve problems
- A consistent, accountable, confident, assertive, and committed approach
Additional Information
- Salary: £34,000-£37,000, depending on experience
- Ability to commute to Essex two days per week
- 20 days' annual leave, plus bank holidays and your birthday off
