Responsibilities
- Coordinate and confirm all aspects of customers' trips once their itinerary has been booked.
- Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure every journey runs smoothly.
- Specialise in key destinations, manage bookings from provisional to confirmed stage.
- Resolve operational challenges and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Balance commercial targets with delivering exceptional customer experiences.
