Gecko Travel Recruitment are working with a specialist tailor-made travel business who are recruiting a Tailor-Made Tour Consultant to join their team.
The Role:
As Tailor-Made Tour Consultant, you will design, cost, and sell bespoke itineraries, working closely with clients to create unique travel experiences tailored to their interests. The role will also involve researching destinations, developing new itineraries, maintaining website content, and contributing to blog and social media activity.
You Will Have:
- Experience within tailor-made travel sales or tour operations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident telephone manner and client-facing approach
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and back-office systems
- Knowledge or interest in wildlife is advantageous
- Proactive, personable, and enthusiastic approach
Additional Info:
- Salary £25-35,000 depending on experience
- Performance related bonuses
- Office based in South Devon (hybrid working possible for the right consultant) working Monday-Friday working hours (9am-5pm)
