Gecko Travel Recruitment are recruiting for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join a growing travel business within its commercial function, as part of the digital team.

The Role: As Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead all online marketing activity to bring more customers to the website and increase bookings through channels such as PPC, Paid Social, SEO, and other paid media. You will manage budgets and campaign performance, work with other teams to improve conversion and customer journeys and lead a small team while driving profitable growth across multiple markets.

You Will Have:

  • Hands-on experience across PPC, Paid Social, SEO, YouTube, and other digital channels (essential)
  • Proven leadership experience with line management responsibility
  • 7+ years' experience in B2C digital acquisition or performance marketing
  • Strong analytical skills with tools such as GA4, Power BI, attribution, and reporting platforms
  • Experience with landing page optimisation, conversion funnels, tracking, and tagging
  • Strong agency management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to identify growth opportunities and build business cases for increased investment
