Gecko Travel Recruitment are working with a travel business based in Essex who are looking for a Partnerships Marketing Executive to join their growing team and play a key role in driving brand partnerships, charity engagement, and wider marketing activity.
The Role:
As Partnerships Marketing Executive, you will help grow and manage brand partnerships that increase awareness, attract new customers, and support customer retention. You will work closely with the Group Head of Partnerships, agencies, and external partners to deliver campaigns, events, marketing assets, reporting, and partnership activity across both B2B and B2C channels.
You Will Have:
- Experience in a marketing role with exposure to partnerships, brand, or campaign activity
- University degree (or equivalent) with 3+ years B2B/B2C marketing experience
- Strong copywriting and proofreading ability
- Good project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Experience coordinating campaigns across digital, social, email, and offline channels
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Commercial awareness and a results-focused mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise workload effectively
- Motivated, proactive, and confident working independently or as part of a team

- Salary £35,000
- Hybrid working - 2 days office-based in Essex
