Gecko Travel Recruitment are working with an award-winning travel business who are looking for a Multimedia Designer to join their growing marketing team based in Essex.
The Role:
As Multimedia Designer you will create engaging visual content including graphics, videos, and animations for social media, email, websites, and marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the design and marketing teams to bring ideas to life, make sure everything looks on-brand, and produce creative content that helps promote the company across different digital platforms.
Please note - the emphasis of this role will be motion graphic design, applicants will need to have at least 2 years experience in motion design.
You Will Have:
- 1-3 years' experience within a commercial design or studio environment (ideally within the travel industry)
- Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio across digital channels
- Experience creating motion graphics and editing video content - Essential
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
- Experience using Figma or Adobe XD
- Understanding of responsive, mobile-first digital design
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
- Creative mindset with the ability to interpret briefs and develop ideas
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Flexibility to attend travel events
