The Role:
Reporting into the Head of Online & CRM the successful candidate will focus on leading CRM and email marketing initiatives, with a strong emphasis on HubSpot implementation, optimisation, and integration across the marketing team. It involves designing and managing automated customer journeys, ensuring consistent messaging across multiple touchpoints, and leveraging customer data for dynamic segmentation and personalised communications. A key responsibility is planning, executing, and optimising segmented email campaigns across the full customer lifecycle, while also overseeing assistants in campaign creation, testing, scheduling, and reporting. Continuous improvement is driven through A/B testing, journey mapping, and data-led optimisation to enhance performance and engagement.
You Will Have:
* A minimum of 4 years\’ experience in a CRM or Email Marketing role
* Expert in Hubspot
* Experience in managing and optimising CDP\’s, email platforms and GA4
* Expert in customer lifecycle marketing, behaviours, and personalisation
* Experience of managing agencies
* Some team management experience
* Travel industry experience, if not then a passion for it!
Additional Info:
* Salary: up to £40,000 depending on experience
* 22 days annual leave
* Hybrid working – 2 days office-based in the office in Grays, Essex
