Gecko Travel Recruitment are working with a multi award-winning tour operator who are recruiting a Brand Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
The Role:
In this newly created role as Brand Manager, you will lead the in-house creative studio, championing the brand across all customer touchpoints. Driving creative direction across print and digital, you will ensure marketing materials are on-brand, inspiring, and delivered on time. This hands-on role blends creative leadership with studio management, mentoring a talented team while raising the bar for design and workflow excellence.
You Will Have:
- Minimum 5 years' experience leading or mentoring creative teams, ideally within an agency environment
- A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, brand development and multi-channel design
- Experience in digital design (travel or hospitality experience highly desirable)
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Excellent PowerPoint and Canva skills
- Experience managing workflow, prioritising projects and confidently pushing back when required
- Ability to translate briefs into cohesive campaigns across print and digital channels
