Gecko Travel Recruitment are working with a leading music and entertainment travel business who are recruiting a Team Leader to join their team.

The Role: As Team Leader, you will manage your own portfolio of VIP clients, ensuring flawless travel and logistical arrangements. You will lead and mentor a talented team of travel specialists while taking ownership of problem resolution in high-pressure situations, ensuring swift and well-considered outcomes. You will drive operational excellence, maintain high standards of customer service, and support the growth of the business.

You Will Have:

  • 5+ years' experience in a travel role, including 2+ years managing high-profile or complex entertainment clients
  • Proficiency in Galileo GDS
  • Experience of leading and mentoring a team while managing your own client portfolio
  • Outstanding client management skills, including handling escalations and fostering strong relationships
  • Experience in business development and securing new opportunities within the entertainment industry
  • Resilient and calm under pressure, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Additional Info:

  • Salary circa £50,000
  • Hybrid working (1-2 days in the office in London)
  • 25 days annual leave, increasing by 1 day per year up to 30 days
