Gecko Travel Recruitment are recruiting for a Senior Website Marketing Manager to join the digital team of this rapidly growing Travel business based in Essex.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Improve the website and digital experience, making it user friendly and encouraging more customers to book and return.
- Manage everything from their first visit through to making a booking across all devices.
- Prioritise improvements with IT and other teams using data and testing.
- Manage a Digital Products Executive and work closely with Marketing, Commercial, Data, and external partners.
Qualifications and Experience
- 7+ years' experience in B2C digital product, website, or digital experience management.
- Proven leadership experience with line management responsibility.
- Strong commercial focus with experience driving revenue, conversion, and customer engagement.
- Experience with website optimisation, landing page development, and customer journey design.
- Strong analytical skills with tools such as GA4, Power BI, and A/B testing platforms.
- Experience managing digital roadmaps and delivering projects with IT/development teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to build business cases and secure investment for growth initiatives.
