Gecko Travel Recruitment are working with an Adventure Tour Operator based in London. They are looking for an Adventure Operations Manager to join their expanding team to play a key role in the delivery of unforgettable adventure travel experiences.
The Role:
As Adventure Operations Travel Manager, you\’ll be responsible for managing logistics, liaising with international partners, and delivering exceptional experiences for travellers. You\’ll play a vital part in ensuring each travel event runs smoothly, from pre-departure to post-trip follow-up, while maintaining strong communication with suppliers, partners, and participants.
You Will Have:
• Experience working within adventure travel (essential) ideally dealing with high end customers
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your time effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working remotely
• A customer-focused mindset and a calm, solution-driven approach
• A keen interest in cycling and outdoor adventure
Additional Info:
• Hybrid working – mostly remote with occasional days in the London office
• Monday to Friday (9am – 5:30pm)
• Supportive and dynamic team environment
• Opportunities to travel
