Customer Service Specialist | Cambridgeshire | £30-32,000 per annum
Gecko Travel Recruitment are delighted to be working with a Luxury Travel business who are looking for a multilingual Customer Service Specialist to join their team.
The Role:
As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing bookings, amendments and special requests, answering telephone and email enquiries, resolving issues, responding to reviews and feedback, and working closely with colleagues to support day-to-day operations. The role also involves translating villa descriptions, website content and marketing materials from English into your native language. You'll work as part of a multicultural team who pride themselves on offering a first-class customer experience.
You Will Have:
- Previous experience working in Customer Service within travel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, solution-focused approach to resolving customer issues
- Fluency in a 2nd language is essential; French or Dutch is highly desirable
Additional Info:
- Competitive salary of £30-32,000 per annum
- Office based in the centre of Cambridge
- Travel benefits
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm, with some weekends during peak season
