The Ideal Candidate
Weβre looking for a Restaurant Manager whoβs has the following skills and experience:
- A minimum of two years experience in a fine dining restaurant
- Ideally Michelin or Rosette experience at management level
- Ideally WSET level 2, or have high level wine pairing experience
- Experience in leading and training a team on tasting menu process and guest interactions
- Thrive in a fast-paced restaurant and have an eye for detail.
- Must have been Restaurant Manager or similar for at least two year.
- Manage VIP guests.
- Pre-service meetings, rotas and budget.
- A passion for fine dining and guest satisfaction.
- Strong communication skills and a polished approach.
- Can do attitude and a strong lead.
