- A minimum of two years experience in high-end or fine dining restaurants.
- Experience in leading and training a team in a premium, ideally French restaurant.
- Menu autonomy and creativity with owner sign off.
- Thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and have an eye for detail.
- Must have been a Head Chef in fine dining environment for at least two year.
- Knowledge of menu costing, labour and back of house budgets.
- A passion for French cuisine and guest satisfaction.
- Strong communication skills and a polished approach.
