The Perks Of The Role

  • Top pay salary package of up to £47,000 per annum
  • £42,000 per year plus service charge – estimated £3,500‑£5,000 per annum
  • Weekly pay of both salary and service charge
  • Consistent schedule – full-time contract with 45-hour weeks and 2 days off

The Ideal Candidate

  • A minimum of one year’s experience in high-end or fine dining restaurants
  • Have worked in a fresh food restaurant, ideally Italian cuisine
  • Thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and have an eye for detail
  • A passion for Italian cuisine and guest satisfaction
  • Strong communication skills and a polished approach
  • Can-do attitude and team-player mentality
  • Flexibility and the ability to work split shifts, evenings and weekends as required
