The Perks Of The Role
- Top pay salary package of up to £47,000 per annum
- £42,000 per year plus service charge – estimated £3,500‑£5,000 per annum
- Weekly pay of both salary and service charge
- Consistent schedule – full-time contract with 45-hour weeks and 2 days off

The Ideal Candidate
- A minimum of one year’s experience in high-end or fine dining restaurants
- Have worked in a fresh food restaurant, ideally Italian cuisine
- Thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and have an eye for detail
- A passion for Italian cuisine and guest satisfaction
- Strong communication skills and a polished approach
- Can-do attitude and team-player mentality
- Flexibility and the ability to work split shifts, evenings and weekends as required
- Be driven to learn, gain new skills and progress
