The Role
Over recent months as the business has continued to grow, we have been reassessing our internal structure to ensure we have all the right people in place to support our people and the growing business needs. As part of this review Geary s Bakeries is currently looking to recruit an equipment controller/ administrator to join our supply chain planning team, who will be responsible for monitoring & placing orders for equipment and daily planning administration tasks:
- Monitoring our basket collections with third party haulier and collate data.
- Create basket collection documentation with accurate information to inform 3rd party haulier what stock to collect from where.
- Record inbound deliveries and investigating delivery discrepancies, liaising with our third-party haulier to get a conclusion.
- Work with cross functional teams within the business and be point of contact for warehouse on equipment deliveries.
- Raise orders for baskets and pallet deliveries.
- De-hire equipment daily on the supplier s portals.
- Arrange for any damaged baskets or pallets to be returned to supplier.
- Other administrative tasks.

- 3 years + experience as an office administrator Essential.

- Strong IT systems knowledge and skills including Excel Essential.
- Knowledge and experience of using Sage 200 β Advantageous.
