The Role
As our HR Administrator you will provide support and assistance to the HR function in all aspects, covering the whole lifecycle of HR spanning recruitment support, onboarding and confidential HR processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Produce HR documentation including contract of employment, offer letter, contract changes, promotions etc
- Process all paperwork associated with employment changes in a timely manner.
- Acknowledge resignation letters and inform the relevant departments.
- Attend meetings as notetaker when required.
- Support with the employee engagement surveys to collate and report on results and actions.
Governance:
- Support the HR team to monitor and report on HR KPIs and provide ad hoc statistics and data when required.
- Support the HR team to create, monitor and update HR policies and processes, in line with legislation.
- Keep abreast of updates to employment legislation.
- Support the business with all Audits including SMETA and BRC.
- Support with inductions as required.

- Ability to multitask and work in a busy environment.
- Food manufacturing would be desirable, but not essential
