Geary's Bakeries Ltd in Glenfield (LE3 8JR) is seeking a Production Team Leader for the NIGHT SHIFT (6PM–6AM).
The role is to lead, manage and develop a production team to bake our bread to specification, while safeguarding safety and quality.
You will plan and coordinate staffing, holidays and breaks, ensure GMP compliance, maintain KPI records and pre-start checks, and train staff on duties.
This is a hands-on role in a 24/7 bakery with a night uplift on eligible hours.
