At Gearset, we’re on a mission to revolutionise DevOps for Salesforce, and we’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager of Brand and Community to be at the heart of our efforts on a 12-14 month fixed term basis. In this role, you’ll have the chance to shape and amplify our brand strategy while fostering a vibrant, engaged community in the Salesforce ecosystem. - Oversee the design and web development functions, ensuring our digital platforms are user-friendly, visually appealing, and support marketing goals.
- Plan and deliver impactful events and PR campaigns, showcasing Gearset’s expertise at trade shows, conferences, and through media engagements.
- Lead Gearset’s social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and community growth.
- Inspire and develop a high-performing team, collaborating with marketing, product, and sales teams to align brand and community initiatives with overall business goals.
- Use data-driven insights to monitor performance, optimise strategies, and ensure continuous improvement.

- You have proven experience in brand positioning and perception, ideally within the B2B SaaS or tech space.
- A natural leader, with extensive people management experience, you excel at mentoring and managing teams, fostering collaboration across departments, and driving shared goals.
- You have a strong understanding of events, as part of delivering against our brand strategy.
- You’re skilled at managing design and digital projects, ensuring a seamless user experience across web and digital platforms.
- You bring a creative and strategic mindset, coupled with the ability to analyse data, measure impact, and refine initiatives for continuous growth.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy working on a variety of initiatives that contribute to a shared vision.

Salary and benefits (the stuff you’d expect!)
- Salary is dependent on experience.
- This is a full-time fixed term (12-14 month) opportunity, working Monday to Friday remote in the UK, but with the ability to be at our Cambridge HQ once a month.
