As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Senior People Partner who views people strategy through a commercial lens and understands that the best HR work is grounded in trust, influence, and deep business integration.
This is a role for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment where autonomy is expected and impact is visible. You will join a team that values pragmatism over rigid policy, helping our leaders navigate the complexities of growth while maintaining the unique culture that defines us.

- Exercise a high degree of autonomy, managing sensitive employee relations and change initiatives with the freedom to apply your own judgment and expertise.
- Join a people-first organisation that values your professional growth, offering the chance to mentor others and help define the evolution of our global people practices.
- Work within a culture that prioritises commercial awareness and "principles-led" thinking over bureaucratic red tape, allowing you to drive practical, meaningful outcomes.
What you’ll achieve

- Navigate sensitive employee relations and performance matters with autonomy, offering expert guidance on risk, approach, and resolution.
- Lead on complex organisational design and workforce planning initiatives, ensuring our teams are structured to meet both immediate goals and long-term scale.
- Translate people data and insights into actionable recommendations that address trends, mitigate risks, and capitalise on growth opportunities.
- Guide leaders through organisational change and transformation, ensuring change management is handled with empathy and clarity.
About you
- Significant experience as a Senior People Partner or HRBP within an evolving, fast-growing organisation, preferably in the tech or SaaS sector.
- Advanced knowledge of UK employment law combined with the ability to handle complex employee relations and performance matters independently.
- Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders, acting as a credible advisor who can build leadership capability and team effectiveness.
- A pragmatic, principles-led approach to people work, with the ability to make sound decisions in ambiguous situations without over-reliance on policy.
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to inform people strategy and drive practical business actions.
