We’re looking for experienced BDR’s to join our growing Sales team. You’ll get the chance to help shape our outreach strategies and prospecting processes focusing on larger enterprise accounts. This is a great opportunity to make a real impact - gaining deep expertise in Gearset’s enterprise solutions while influencing how we build pipelines and drive growth.

What you'll achieve:

  • You'll identify and engage with potential customers, qualifying them for our Enterprise Account Executive team.
  • You'll develop rapport with prospects, understanding their needs and pain points.
  • You'll contribute to the growth of our sales pipeline by generating qualified opportunities.
  • You’ll gain a deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and Gearset's solutions.
  • You’ll work closely with the Enterprise, Alliances and Account Based Marketing teams to achieve shared goals.

About you:

  • You’re experienced using technology to build email cadences & prospect mapping.
  • You think outside the box and develop effective outreach strategies.
  • You have a strong desire to grow in a sales career within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • You're driven to achieve targets and contribute to the team's success.
  • You can manage your time effectively and maintain accurate records.

Great to haves:

  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Experience targeting mid to large sized prospects.
  • Previous experience in an outbound BDR role, or a full cycle sales position.
