You’ll build deep knowledge of our users, their challenges, our platform, and the world of Salesforce Dev Ops—so you can speak their language and solve real problems.

Whether it’s joining a customer call with an engineer or swapping insights with marketing, you’ll work cross-functionally to sharpen your product expertise and your consultative approach.
- Influence Gearset’s product roadmap by sharing prospect feedback with the marketing and development teams, to ensure we’re continuing to build a world-class solution.
About you
- Previous experience selling a product in an Account Executive capacity
- Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Constantly looking to improve, and comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback to make your work even better
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills to be able to engage professionally with prospects
- Curious and eager to develop technical expertise, and a passion to provide high quality customer demos
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, low-ego culture that values transparency, teamwork, and customer success.

- Experience selling a technical product, in a B2B company
- Experience selling into mid-market businesses (up to 3,000 employees) or mid-sized IT and Dev Ops teams
- Familiarity with using Salesforce
