We're currently recruiting for a Mechanical Project Engineer with experience in the front end of project delivery. You'll play a key part in shaping projects before they reach construction, working closely with operations, design teams and clients to define the most practical, cost-effective engineering solutions across water and wastewater treatment sites.
Duties:
- Working across clean and wastewater treatment sites, you'll be responsible for:
- Carrying out mechanical site surveys and asset condition assessments.
- Developing project scopes and engineering solutions.
- Producing feasibility studies and optioneering reports.
- Defining mechanical equipment replacements and upgrade strategies.
- Supporting outline and detailed design teams with practical engineering input.
- Preparing budgets, estimates and technical scopes for tender.
- Working alongside commercial and delivery teams during pre-construction.
