Our client is seeking a Site Supervisor to support a key phase of their project on a water treatment site. The works involve the construction of a sinking shaft and a soakaway system. Reporting directly to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the site team to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of works, in line with HSQE standards, programme milestones, and budget requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing, supervising, and mentoring the site team of 5 as necessary.
- Ensuring timely provision of 'as constructed' records for inclusion in the Health and Safety File post-completion.
- Promoting cost-conscious management by efficiently utilizing resources.
- Developing, reviewing, and updating realistic scheme programs.
About you:
- CSCS Gold (Minimum).
- First Aid at Work certification.
- EUSR Water Hygiene (Optional)
- SSSTS (Minimum)
- Experience on civil engineering projects, preferably in water treatment.
