Salary: £400 - £450/day
Our client is currently looking for a Site Engineer with tunnelling, structures and aviation experience to get started immediately in the Slough area on a major new project.
- Reviewing and writing subcontractor RAMS, ITPs, producing as builts
- Managing a team of site engineers
- Managing specialist structural, highways subcontractors
- Preparing and maintaining QA documentation
- Liaising with the senior management team
- Liaising with the external design team
- Develop the logistics, construction methodology, temporary works and spatial requirements
- Compilation and production of written reports, formatting of documents and presentations to professionally present the teams output to the Client
- Manage the control of the Construction issue drawings and sketches produced for reports etc.
- Stakeholder engagement - work with Community Relations Manager to obtain necessary access and consents
- Managing subcontractors; checking and maintaining QA and HSE standards
Requirements:
- At least 5 years experience within civil engineering, preferably in the aviation and tunnelling sectors
- CSCS
- HNC/ HND in Civil Engineering minimum
- Temporary Works Supervisor (Desirable)
