Location: Slough

Salary: £400 - £450/day

Our client is currently looking for a Site Engineer with tunnelling, structures and aviation experience to get started immediately in the Slough area on a major new project.

Role:

  • Reviewing and writing subcontractor RAMS, ITPs, producing as builts
  • Managing a team of site engineers
  • Managing specialist structural, highways subcontractors
  • Preparing and maintaining QA documentation
  • Liaising with the senior management team
  • Liaising with the external design team
  • Develop the logistics, construction methodology, temporary works and spatial requirements
  • Compilation and production of written reports, formatting of documents and presentations to professionally present the teams output to the Client
  • Manage the control of the Construction issue drawings and sketches produced for reports etc.
  • Stakeholder engagement - work with Community Relations Manager to obtain necessary access and consents
  • Managing subcontractors; checking and maintaining QA and HSE standards

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years experience within civil engineering, preferably in the aviation and tunnelling sectors
  • CSCS
  • HNC/ HND in Civil Engineering minimum
  • Temporary Works Supervisor (Desirable)
