A specialist engineering and manufacturing business is looking for a SHEQ Advisor to support its growing operation. Based primarily within a new manufacturing facility, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) standards across fabrication, manufacturing, and installation activities.

Duties for SHEQ Advisor
- Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of SHEQ and Quality Management Systems
- Maintain and monitor compliance with ISO 9001 and wider health, safety, and environmental standards
- Manage and review non-conformances (NCRs), supporting root cause analysis and corrective/preventative actions (CAPA)
- Conduct internal audits, workplace inspections, and compliance reviews across manufacturing and operational activities
- Promote and maintain a positive SHEQ and quality culture across the business
- Review and support risk assessments, method statements, and safe systems of work
- Produce SHEQ and quality performance reports, statistics, and documentation
