Senior Project Manager Water – Civil or MEICA background
You will have a track record of leading on the delivery of multiple non-infrastructure projects.
If you have strong engineering capability, an eye for value engineering, and experience in assisting financial decisions but are now looking for the next step in your career, this could be for you.
As the Senior Project Manager your duties & responsibilities will be:
- Collaboration with designers and the delivery team throughout the Target Cost Setting, design, and delivery phases of a project.
- Ensuring projects are delivered in a safe, efficient, timely way and promoting best practices in quality management.
- Ensuring compliance with procedures to support the delivery of world-class health and safety, customer, and quality performance.
- Ensuring compliance with the environmental processes and procedures.
- Delivery of excellent customer service and achieve above target customer satisfaction scores, minimizing/reducing the number of complaints received.
- Increase productivity.
- Assist in maximizing cash collection and minimizing work in progress and deliver targeted margin.
Skills & Knowledge Requirements:
- Experience of working in the Water Industry essential.
- Experience in an operational management role.
- Experience of non-infrastructure delivery.
- Experience in managing designers and subcontractors.
- Degree/HNC/HND or equivalent in Civil Engineering, MEICA or Construction preferable.
- NEBOSH National Certificate (General or Construction).
- SMSTS.
- Water hygiene.
