Location: Port Talbot, Wales
Day Rate: Β£400 - Β£450/day
Our client is currently looking for a Senior Engineer with pre-construction, ECI, Ground Investigation and heavy civils experience to get started immediately in the Port Talbot area on a major civil engineering project.
Responsibilities:
- Producing methodologies for incorporation into main works
- Reviewing RAMS, ITPs, producing as builts
- Checking setting out of boreholes, GI works
- Managing 2 setting out engineers
- Preparing and maintaining QA documentation
- Liaising with the senior management team
- Liaising with the specialist subcontractors
- Managing subcontractors; checking and maintaining QA and HSE standards
Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience within civil engineering, preferably with a Tier 1 background
- CSCS
- SSSTS/ SMSTS (Preferable)
- HNC/ HND in Civil Engineering minimum
