Salary/Rate: Competitive salary (£65,000 - £75,000) or day rate (DOE)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of MEICA projects across water and wastewater treatment sites, pumping stations, and associated infrastructure
  • Manage multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, electrical, ICA, and civils delivery functions
  • Oversee project programmes, budgets, procurement, and subcontractor performance
  • Ensure all works are delivered safely, to specification, and in accordance with project timelines
  • Coordinate closely with design, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Manage client relationships, reporting progress and resolving technical or commercial issues
  • Support commissioning, testing, and final handover to operations teams

Requirements

  • Strong MEICA background with proven experience delivering projects within water or wastewater environments
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams across complex infrastructure projects
  • Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, and ICA systems used within water treatment facilities
  • Experience delivering projects under NEC contracts within Tier 1 or major contractor environments preferred
  • SMSTS and CSCS required; water hygiene desirable
