A leading Tier 1 contractor has secured a major AMP8 water scheme in the Oxfordshire region and is looking for a MEICA Lead to take ownership of delivery across a complex live project environment. They are looking for someone who can do more than sit in progress meetings and update spreadsheets. They need somebody who understands how MEICA packages actually come together on site and someone comfortable managing technical issues, driving subcontractors, coordinating commissioning activities, and keeping momentum when programmes tighten up.

You will be heavily involved from delivery through to completion, working alongside senior operational teams on one of the region's key AMP8 projects.

The Role

You will lead the MEICA function across a major water infrastructure project, managing interfaces across mechanical, electrical, ICA, civils, commissioning, and supply chain teams. This is a hands-on project leadership role with real autonomy and visibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading MEICA delivery on a major live project
  • Managing subcontractors, specialist suppliers, and installation teams
  • Driving programme delivery and ensuring project milestones are met
