A leading tier-1 engineering and infrastructure contractor is looking for a MEICA Estimator to join its growing delivery team based in St Albans. Working across major water and infrastructure projects, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive MEICA estimates, supporting bids and tenders, and working closely with engineering, commercial, and delivery teams to secure and shape future work within established frameworks. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced MEICA Estimator or Mechanical / Electrical Estimator with exposure to water, utilities, or infrastructure projects to take the next step in a well-established and growing commercial team.

Duties for MEICA Estimator:
- Prepare detailed MEICA estimates for mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, control, and automation works
- Review tender documentation, drawings, and specifications to develop accurate cost plans
- Work closely with engineers, planners, and project teams to develop buildable and competitive solutions
- Support bid submissions with technical and commercial input
- Identify risks, opportunities, and value engineering options
