Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Van + Fuel Card

We are looking for an experienced Working Site Supervisor to lead gangs on a variety of civils projects across the Leicester area. This role offers ongoing work on a secure programme with multiple sites.

Key Duties:

  • Supervising gangs carrying out civil engineering works
  • Coordinating daily site activities and ensuring works are delivered to programme
  • Overseeing health & safety and site compliance
  • Liaising with site management and reporting progress

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Ganger / Supervisor within groundworks or civils
  • SSSTS or SMSTS
  • CSCS Card
