GRS are currently recruiting for a Site Document Controller / Project Support Coordinator to support delivery on a water treatment site. This is a predominantly site-based role supporting the Project Manager and delivery team with document control, procurement, project administration and day-to-day site coordination activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring project information, materials and site requirements are effectively managed to support successful project delivery. The position is open to both permanent and contract candidates.
Key Duties:
- Managing project documentation, drawings, registers and revision control processes in line with client and company requirements.
- Maintaining document management systems and ensuring accurate distribution of project information to site teams and stakeholders.
- Assisting with the preparation and management of RAMS, permits, site records, handover documentation and project trackers.
- Coordinating procurement of materials, plant and equipment to support site installation and maintenance activities.
- Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors regarding quotations, purchase orders, deliveries and material schedules.
- Supporting the Project Manager with day-to-day site coordination and project administration duties.
- Monitoring project trackers, action logs and reporting on project progress.
