We are currently recruiting for a Project Controller to support delivery on a water treatment site. This role will suit someone with previous water industry experience who is confident supporting projects from both an operational and administrative perspective. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping coordinate day-to-day site activities, procurement and general project support for the onsite delivery team. The position would suit someone with experience supporting engineering or infrastructure projects within the water sector, particularly within clean water environments.
Duties:
- Supporting the onsite Project Manager with coordination of day-to-day project activities
- Managing procurement of materials, plant and equipment for site works
- Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors regarding quotations, deliveries and schedules
- Assisting with project documentation including RAMS, trackers, reports and site records
- Maintaining document control and supporting general project administration duties
- Coordinating labour, materials and plant requirements to support site delivery activities
- Monitoring project trackers, programmes and progress updates
- Supporting operational and commercial teams with office management style duties
- Attending site meetings and liaising with site teams where required
